I was wondering around village of Piešť when I saw this lady in her front garden. I started talking to her and asked if I can have a look around and take a portrait of her. She kindly agreed adding :”I don’t see the reason why would you could not” .Elena how she is called showed me her orchard with delicious apples, her barn where she keeps an old tractor and hay for her four goats. She showed me around her house as well as old pictures of her family. She’s 84 and lived her whole live in Piešť, central Slovakia.
